The distant thunder is growing stronger by the day. Angry storm clouds are moving our direction. In one form or another, there is going to be things happen shortly of profound and earth changing importance. We are at a point in history where all that is pulling at the world’s economic, political, and physical structures is as intense as at time in history.
Wars, rumors of wars and armed criminal actions are increasing by the day. Movements of troops and weapons in the Middle East alone would normally be cause for great concern if the world were not preoccupied with a multiplicity of other concerns. The epicenter of all war concerns continues to be Iran. Headlines today of its ability to be very near producing nuclear weapons is sure to fuel renewed calls for war. The underground news networks are abuzz with rumors of the impending strike by United States bombers on Iran.
Commodity prices going through the roof
Oil is once again just under historic highs. Announcements today of inevitable $4 per gallon gasoline should send shivers down the backs of United States drivers. If the “official” call is for $4 gas prices; if there is any war or hurricane there WILL BE $7 or higher gas prices. Where on earth is the money going to come from to put $120-150 in the gas tank at every fill up?
Rice and corn continue to set new records daily. The ill fated boondoggle of ethanol is only now starting to be viewed as the villain that it is. Millions of acres of land that should be planted in beans, rice and wheat is switched to corn to supply an industry that spends more energy making the product than the product saves in energy. Meanwhile, there is nowhere near enough corn available for human and other needs. Thus, the price for a bushel of corn just keeps going up every day.
The most consumed food on earth is rice. Billions of people depend on rice to exist daily. Literally, without rice, they starve to death. There is nowhere near enough rice available to feed the billions of people who want or need it. Countries that grow rice are not selling it due to fears they will not have enough to feed their own citizens. Countries that need to purchase rice cannot find any rice for sale in the world except at greatly inflated prices.
Riots have broken out in many poor countries around the world as the people panic because of lack of rice or lack of money to buy it. The United Nations is out of money to help the poorer countries buy food. Meanwhile, conservative commentators in the United States urge their listeners to not send a penny of aid to the world’s hungry masses. Somehow this is going to help how?
Middle East about to explode
There is something of earth shattering importance getting ready to happen in the Middle East. Just in the past month; the President of the United States, the Vice President of the United States and the Secretary of State of the United States have made their rounds to various countries in the area. All have visited Israel along with various Arab states. What are they up too? Rumors abound as to their mission, but one thing is for sure; it has to have something to do with oil/money and power.
At this very moment, rockets are aimed at Israel that if fired at the same time would destroy the entire country before they could launch a counter-attack. The forces of evil could wipe out Israel without one nuclear bomb going off. Certainly all parties would prefer not having to deal with radiation fall out, but one way or another; the Middle East is ready to explode.
Politics
Most people do not want to think about all the negatives and potentials for negatives in the world. That is perfectly fine, but these same people then do not have the right to complain and claim no one warned them if things DO get bad.
I confess that I used to be a conservative and enjoyed listening to Rush, Sean and others on the radio. It has gotten to the point that I would rather listen to silence than to listen to them blame the “liberals” for all the bad news they refuse to believe is going on. Just because they make their millions of dollars doesn’t mean everyone else is also.
Politics are not the answer to any of the woes besetting the world. Only God and His grace and love could possibly avert the train wreck that is soon approaching. The wise person would cease paying a bit of attention to the endless political campaign in the United States and start paying more attention to God and the Bible. If anyone is so naïve as to think any presidential candidate can solve all the world’s problems through their good looks or fancy speeches they are crazy.
I am way past the saturation point with politics. If I never heard another word about any of the three Senators running it would be way too soon. I believe the three should decide to become the holy trinity of politics and become one. What a truly ugly three headed monster that would be. Of course it will never happen for it would cut into the millions of dollars each will earn after they leave office.
Well said Mercy’. I agree with everything you put forth here. This is a breaking point in history and the next few years will be quite trying for many countries not just our own.
Hey houston….
let’s just worry about our country, eh!
Yes its all been stratigically planned this way to de-populate entire
world under the guise of quote “economic recession, food shortage, oil
prices rising etc etc.
Not to mention the poisoning of the food supply
with their useless chemicals and GMOS which, by the way we were told would
end food shortage. Hypecritical statement that was
Pathetic and all for their endless greed
I whole-heartedly agree with this: “Only God and His grace and love could possibly avert the train wreck that is soon approaching.”
But I will ascribe the problems God is left to solve to this kind of ideology: “The forces of evil could wipe out Israel without one nuclear bomb going off.”
The concept of Israel being ‘wiped off’ by an evil power is a product of endless repetition in blogs, news and overall media. The terminology comes from the top. Let’s look at an example; The American Rachel Correy was killed by the Israeli army driving a bulldozer. They ran her over and trapped her underneath the wheel belt. Alive.
She was standing in the way of the machine from demolishing a Palestinian home. She was protesting. …naturally, 99% of you have already deemed me an anti-semite, because I dare say Israel has killed. Israel doesn’t kill, right? it defends itself and anyone it targets IS a terrorist.
And because 99% of you agree it is evil to report anything bad about Israel, the media has rewarded you and reported the incident using this tagline, “My Name Is Rachel Corrie,” is a [non-produced] play concerning the American who aided Palestinians and was killed by an American-made bulldozer in Gaza.” Even after a book of Rachel’s diary was published by American Jews, on the back cover, a Jewish reviewer praising the book used the exact tagline wording to help promote its sale. Could it be yet ironic, in your mind, that Israel the aggressor profits from the crime, yet takes himself off the record?
Notice how this politically correct headline, spouted verbatim by CNN, ABC, et al, not only fails to mention Israel in the incident, but *puts blame on US, Americans* with the slightest touch: By mentioning the bulldozer is American made. I agree it is not a direct accusation we are responsible, but only we are mentioned, and Israel is not.
And I think as a reality check, we should be the ones to blame. Just as we blame Iran for supplying Iraqi insurgents with weapons made in their country, we should certainly blame ourselves for the massacre taking place in Palestine. We’re surely supplying the weapons and politically shielding them from all angles, from any blame. And if you think this is racist, wait until it hits your pocket book after not being able to explain it any other way than with righteousness; we have to inquire our hearts and wonder if we really are guilty of patronizing a sin holding us in contempt with God.
Back to oil prices, let’s take the blinders off and see what’s going on at the top. They are pricing crude in futures and speculating on *grossly* inflated values. They cling on the “oil peak” cry and tell us we’re running out of oil globally. We, the donkeys, bear the cost of insurance against the prices falling. Who has set us up for this roller coaster? Mainly Goldman Sachs. Is it anti-semitic to mention that these days?
Wait, what about the Ethanol and renewable energy Scam taking place? A bill has just been intoduced in the house to renew our commitment to bear the brunt of GE and other ‘green’ companies’ investment costs in alternative sources. Wanna know the terms of the last subsidy? It was inflation-adjusted, equaled 019/kWh, included no taxation for a 20 year project and used an accelerated 5 year double declining balance method at 40% per year, and required a 5,000 mega-watt purchase quota from utilities by 2015. The latest renewal? $57 billion dollars to tax payers (you and I). Why? Because companies like GE want US to insure their project costs at their profit. They’re telling us we’re a risky market and they’ll help us become indenpendent of oil at prime ransom.
There’s your scam. They have us coming and going! If prices go up, oil investors get rich. If prices go down, investors waging bets against green energy get rich. The beauty about this is both ‘investors’ are one in the same. Win-win. They squeeze you here, you give blood. They squeeze you there, you give, blood too… whether it be your children for war or your sweat. They just got you with the mortgage scam, didn’t they? But it’s un-American to talk about these things, which is perfect for them, too. You are the slave, and you’re also your own censor.
War is immensely profitable, but the rumor of war driving oil up is being maximized. We are in a mini-cold war with Iran until those prices can get as fat and juicy as you can afford without actually invading Iran for the time being. Yet you know nothing other than defend the Chosen Ones, because even the Bible says so. Really? Do you read the Bible, or do you have it read for you, from the same people that wrote the Rachel Correy headline?
–”Notice how the people who make a great hullabaloo about “free speech” over the Mohammed cartoons are curiously silent about the decision of the New York Theatre Workshop to cancel a play based on the writings of Rachel Corrie because the subject matter was considered “too controversial”– Who runs the New York Theatre? Is it the same people who run Hollywood? The Hispanics, right?
I’m wondering if after reading so far, you’ve yet concluded who the hullabaloo people are and why they think the matter is controversial.
What does the Bible say about this?
Revelation 3:9 - Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
The reason is: Jesus died for Jew and Gentile. All who believe in Jesus Christ are Jews per Scripture. Israel is something that won’t be established until the Lord’s second coming… precisely because of these matters. Precisely because someone has built a counterfit Israel out of bloodshed and the most putrified lies ever presented to man are known as Holy Truth by Biblical Zionists today, but this is what we are not told:
2Thessalonians 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
–All powers of signs and wonders, such as 9/11, Subprime, Recession, you name it. Our allegiance is to the Lord, not politically correct blinders to cover Satan in ‘Chosen People’ status. And certainly not a situation where we’re working our backs off to fund the supremacy of the Holy Land in the MidEast, with %99 of the slaves having now clue what is happening. They are taught to silence such important questioning.
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
– Does this man not sit today in the ‘temple of God’, in what he calls Holy Israel, showing himself that he is God, with you, as the policeman of political correctness calling me anti-semitic? He is well-worshipped with Holocaust Memorial Temples sprouting faster than Believers. Schindler’s List depicts a suffering worse than the Cross was for Jesus.
This provocation of God is attracting his ire as we speak. He is slow to anger, and bright in his response. We have the other great fallen civilizations to witness his might to us; that he punishes sins and buries systems of human corruption.
Now we’ve reached the prophetic limit and I’m here to let you know that the price of gas should be the last thing on your mind, lest you want to keep running in the rhetoric treadmill.
Have a spine and get angry at the sin we’re all complicit of. Read the Word; it doesn’t cost anything, nor require money offering to churches. These money offering and such are all Judaic traditions that Jesus’ sacrifice set us free from.
Why would you want to put the Old Law’s chains back on yourself? That’s dangerous, it is a direct denial of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross and the penalty is eternal.
I pray not for the price of oil, but for you to purchase eternal life with His blood by simply believing it redeems you and saves you from all these lies.
